Booking Policy
- 35% of the total package cost must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
- Remaining balance amount to be paid during the tour.
- Advance amount is strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- No refund for cancellation after booking confirmation.
- No refund for unused services or early departure.
Child Policy
- Children below 5 years are complimentary when sharing the parent's room without extra bed.
- Milk or food for infants and children above 5 years is chargeable and payable directly at the hotel.

- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service.
