  • Any monument entry fees or camera charges
  • Any meals not mentioned in inclusions

  • Heater charges (payable directly at camp/hotel)

Booking Policy

  • 30% of the total package cost must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
  • Remaining balance amount to be paid during the tour.
  • Advance amount is strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • No refund for cancellation after booking confirmation.
  • No refund for unused services or early departure.

Child Policy

  • Child policy not applicable for trekking and camping adventure tours.
  • Children participation is subject to physical fitness and parental responsibility.

Important Terms

  • Advance amount is strictly non-refundable.
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service.
  • Unused services are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • Room or camp allocation is done depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the confirmed category.
  • No refund shall be claimed if the services or amenities of the hotel or camp were not up to guest expectations; such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Transportation cost is subject to change in case of fuel price hike.
  • The car may or may not have power windows.
  • A.C. will not work in hill stations.
  • Heater charges, if required, are payable directly to the hotel or camp.
  • The company is not responsible for itinerary changes due to government regulations, NGT/Supreme Court guidelines, natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure conditions.
  • If vehicles are restricted from visiting certain places due to government rules, the company will not be responsible.
  • If vehicles are allowed to visit restricted areas, the guest must bear the expenses at their own cost.
